Catalyst Program

Think Beyond® Catalyst is an adapted Lean Launchpad approach that integrates best practices from  Silicon Valley’s most popular startup program, America’s Seed Fund SBIR program by I-Corp and VentureWell, leading US accelerators and Think Beyond’s own multi-year domain expertise.
Every lean startup's path is different, but all of them will go through three stages: 1) problem/solution  fit, 2) product/market fit, and 3) growth stage.

Think Beyond® Catalyst uses experiential education and aligns with these stages.

During the Think Beyond® Catalyst program participants refine and test business assumptions to support their lean startup journey. Together, we test and validate their business plan, with special emphasis on:
• Testing the Customer Discovery.
• Testing the Unique Value Proposition.
• Developing and testing the SWOT analysis.
• Testing the Business Model.
• Developing strategic partnerships and co-opetition.
• Developing a successful investor strategy and investor pitch.
• Working with industry
• Access to European and German markets
